Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because we offer both print-on-demand physical products fulfilled by Printful and digital products, our refund and return terms vary by product type. Please read this policy carefully.


1. Physical Products (Fulfilled by Printful)

All physical products are custom-made and printed on demand once your order is placed. Because of this:

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Custom or personalized items

Please ensure all order details (size, color, address) are correct before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no cost, OR
  • Issue a refund, if applicable

We reserve the right to request return of the defective item (if required).

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item:

  • Please contact the shipping carrier first
  • Then contact us within 7 days

We will assist in filing a claim where applicable.


2. Digital Products (Downloads, Templates, Courses, Files, etc.)

Due to the nature of digital products:

All Sales Are Final

Once a digital product is:

  • Downloaded
  • Accessed
  • Delivered via email

It is non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Templates
  • E-books
  • Digital artwork
  • Online courses
  • Downloadable files

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged twice
  • You did not receive access to the product
  • The file is corrupted and cannot be accessed

You must contact us within 3 days of purchase for review.


3. Cancellations

Physical Products

Orders may only be canceled within 1–2 hours of purchase, before production begins. Once sent to production, cancellation is not possible.

Digital Products

Digital products cannot be canceled once delivered.


4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
